Gail has been an advertising agency president, public relations director, radio and television
personality and executive, and college professor. As a strategic business communication authority,
Gail has worked with top national and international firms. She has published materials ranging from
books and articles for the popular market to highly technical material for specialized audiences. Gail
has earned both graduate and undergraduate degrees in communication, focusing on quick,
practical business applications of communication theory, methods, and techniques. 

Gail was a founding director of the Oregon Writers Colony,  has served on numerous professional
boards, and was among the first recipients nationwide of the Certified Business Communicator
designation. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the
Institute of Management Consultants, and is a Professional Member of the National Speakers
Association. Gail was elected delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business in
Washington, D.C.
