90-Minute Intensives
We are developing a series of "90-Minute Intensives workshops" with a shorter time frame for
participants who want some quick information and tips in specific subject areas. These fast-
moving "intensives" workshops will ultimately be available in a wide range of topics. The
"90-minute intensives" format is being well received, and we currently offer two new
90-minute "intensive" workshops: Essentials of Strategic Business Writing and Concise,
Relevant Writing and Editing. Next up: a series of three 90-minute intensives grammar
and usage classes.
New Workshop Facility
Last fall we had to move out of the office we'd occupied for fifteen years, because the
building had been sold, and the new owner needed our space. Ouch! It was our great good
fortune to find a new office space that gives us many more options in terms of the services
we can offer our clients.
We now have a very nice training room that will hold 15-20 people comfortably, giving you the
option to use our facilities or yours. We also will be offering open-to-the-public workshops, so
you can send one or two(or more!) people from your organization. These workshops will also be
open to individuals. We hope to have the schedule completed and posted soon. Let us know if
you have a particular workshop you would like to send just a few people to, and we can work
with you to make it happen!

New Products
We are working on a variety of online products to help you develop and keep your business
writing and speaking skills sharp on your own time frame. To improve your employability by
improving your business communication skills. To begin with, we will be developing several
"series programs," ranging from twenty or so three- to five-minute quick tips to a series of
twenty-minute segments for more complete learning. Stay in touch!

below. Also, if you need a little work on your presentation skills, we do that, too!
Think Small
We've added some specialized smaller group options with Gail.
- Task Group Sessions are designed to accomplish a specific task within your organization.

- Small Group Workshops, limited to six participants, are designed to provide task-specific
information. To Get Started...
- Executive Sessions are very small, very intensive workshops or small group coaching
sessions, limited to a maximum of two to six participants. To Get Started...
Each of these sessions can be held at your office or ours, or at an off-site location. The smaller group
size allows for substantive feedback and coaching for each participant. As with all Gail Tycer sessions,
workshop, seminar, and coaching participants will work on their own materials; will receive a
substantial course handbook and materials to help keep skills sharp; and may also send Gail
written material at no additional cost, for evaluation and suggestions within the year following
their participation.
