Executive Sessions are very small, very intensive workshops or seminars, and can be held at your offices or ours, or at an off-site location. These workshops or seminars are limited to a maximum of six participants to provide for substantive feedback and coaching for each participant.

Workshop and seminar participants will work on their own materials, and will receive a substantial course handbook and materials to help keep skills sharp, long after the workshop is over. Participants may submit written material for evaluation and suggestions within the year following their participation in the program, at no additional charge.
